The Wheelhouse Real Estate Management team is made up of a group of talented and fun individuals. Based in the Northwest Arkansas region, our aim is to provide clients with a wonderful leasing experience. Whether they be the owner or resident.
Director of Property Management
What started as a part-time job, quickly turned into an all-out passion. Mitch’s background in property management began when he became a weekend leasing consultant for a 130 unit apartment community-based in the suburbs of Minneapolis. Since then, Mitch held roles from property manager to corporate operations specialist for a real estate company based in Minnesota. His experience includes working with property acquisitions, new construction developments, and stable multifamily properties.
Raised in Rogers, Arkansas, Mitch moved to Minnesota where he spent six years developing his passion for managing multifamily real estate. After earning their Bachelor’s degrees, Mitch and his wife, Elena, returned to Northwest Arkansas to be with family and rejoin the thriving community. He is excited to be back in the region and working in the (always evolving and growing) community.
In his free time, Mitch enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his family. He’s somewhat of a “foodie” and is always up for tasting new dishes.
Community Manager, Bentonville
Joel came to the team from the world of marketing and video production. He loves meeting new people and finds fulfillment in helping people find homes that fit them. Joel’s role consists of managing Wheelhouse properties and making sure maintenance and other requests are handled promptly.
Joel grew up in Ozark, Arkansas and attended John Brown University. He has since worked in TV, film, startups, and marketing in various capacities both in Northwest Arkansas, and Little Rock. Having been away, he has greater appreciation for the community of Northwest Arkansas. He enjoys being a part of a thriving Bentonville.
In his free time, Joel enjoys being outside, whether biking, hiking, kayaking, or camping, as well as working on cars and hanging out with friends and family.
